Grand Marnier Sauce
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups
Serves 4-6
8 oz. light cream
cheese, softened
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbl. Grand Marnier
Liqueur or Mandarin Orange syrup (Torani)
1/4 c. nonfat or light
sour cream
1. In
medium bowl or food processor, mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add
liqueur or syrup. Gradually blend in sour cream.
2. Serve
with grilled fresh pineapple, bananas or any other grilled fruit.
