Tortilla Pie

(16 oz.) can Fat Free Refried Beans
3/4
c. fresh salsa (store bought)
4
(10-inch) flour tortillas
1
c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Light
sour cream and fresh salsa
1.
Preheat
oven to 450 degrees.
Grease
8-inch pie pan.
2.
In
medium bowl, combine beans and salsa.
Mix well.
3.
Place 1 tortilla in bottom of pie pan.
Spread 1/3 of bean mixture over tortilla, sprinkle 1/4 cup of the
cheese. Repeat layering
twice. Cover with remaining
tortilla and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4.
Bake
for 10-15 minutes.
5.
To
serve, cut into 4 wedges. Serve
with salsa and/or light sour cream on top of each wedge.
